We're looking for hardworking and reliable individuals to support the smooth running of our hospitality kitchens, ensuring every unit is clean, safe and ready for service before, during and after busy matchdays.

⭐ 5 KEY THINGS YOU'LL BE DOING:

1. Washing Up & Cleaning

Keep crockery, utensils, equipment and kitchen areas clean and ready for service, maintaining high standards of hygiene throughout the match day.

2. ️ Supporting the Kitchen Team

Assist chefs and kitchen staff with general preparation, clearing and other tasks to ensure the kitchen operates efficiently during busy periods.

3. Stock & Deliveries

Help receive, move and organise food, drinks and kitchen supplies, ensuring everything is stored correctly and available when required.

4. ⚡ Work at Match-Day Pace

Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment where teamwork, reliability and a positive attitude are essential.

5. Keep the Match-Day Operation Running Smoothly

Help maintain clean, safe and organised kitchen and service areas while supporting the wider team throughout the event.

What we're looking for:

• You must be aged 18 or over.
• Previous cleaning or kitchen porter experience is essential.
• Understanding of high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in a food environment.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced stadium setting.
• Reliable, punctual and with a strong work ethic.
• Comfortable working in a role focused on cleaning rather than food preparation.
• Awareness of COSHH and safe chemical handling (desirable but not essential training can be provided).

This is a Casual Matchday Position

This is a casual, flexible matchday role, offering the opportunity to work at Villa Park – home of Aston Villa FC throughout the football season and at other exciting events where available.
